Terms of Service

Team Sathi is a workforce monitoring and attendance platform operated by Elite Virtual Employee. By creating a company account or using the desktop app, you agree to these terms.

A company admin registers the company and adds employees. Each employee signs in with the work email the company provides. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account.

While an employee is clocked in, the app records, for the company that employs them:

• Active and idle time, based on keyboard and mouse use
• Which applications and websites are open
• Periodic screenshots (only if the company enables them)
• Clock-in, clock-out and break times

Tracking runs only between clock-in and clock-out. Nothing is recorded when an employee is clocked out or on a break.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass tracking, access another person’s data, or use Team Sathi to break any law. Companies must use monitoring only on devices and people they are legally allowed to monitor, and must inform their employees.

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up. Free trials end on the stated date. Non-payment may suspend access to the dashboard and tracking.

How we handle the data collected is described in our Privacy Policy. The company that employs a user is the owner of that user’s tracking data.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
