Privacy Policy

Team Sathi collects work-activity data so employers can measure attendance and productivity. Data is collected only while an employee is clocked in, belongs to the employing company, and is not sold to anyone.

• Account details — name, work email, role, company
• Attendance — clock-in, clock-out, breaks
• Activity — active/idle time, apps and websites used
• Screenshots and recordings — only if the company turns them on
• Device info — operating system, app version, device id

Only between clock-in and clock-out. When an employee is clocked out or on a break, the app does not capture activity, websites or screenshots.

To show attendance, working hours and productivity to the employer, and to run the service (login, sessions, billing).

The employing company’s admins and authorised staff. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers. Limited service providers (hosting, media storage, email) process data on our behalf to run the platform.

Tracking data is kept while the account is active and the company needs it. A company admin can delete stored screenshots and recordings from the dashboard.

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure tokens, and media is stored with restricted, signed access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Employees should contact their company’s HR or admin for access or deletion requests, since the company owns the data. For anything else, email us.
